This book right here!!! ??
I remember listening to a podcast that briefly touched on “The Alchemist”. Of course I wasn’t too interested in reading at the time so I waited until the conversation was over and tuned back in when they started talking about what I streamed to hear.
A few days later, while watching YouTube, Will Smith was doing an interview where they asked him what book he was currently reading. When he said, “The Alchemist”..I was like, what the hell is up with this book?! ?? STILL wasn’t convinced though..(no offense to ‘The Fresh Prince’)..but shortly after seeing that video, YouTube, Facebook and Google started showing me all this ALCHEMIST advertising..couldn’t get away from the damn thing. So I decided to look up some reviews.
I gotta admit, I still haven’t READ the book..but that Audiobook came in handy!! I’ve listened through this book maybe 6 or 7 times already. It’s incredible..not in the sense that it’s a self help book BUT the message of “When you want something bad enough, ALL of the universe will conspire to give it to you” is so encouraging to an independent artist like myself. I definitely recommend any and everyone to check it out if/when you get the chance! AND if you already have, what did you think??
